This year’s Festival proved to be a bigger success than 2011.
It was evident on the first night of the festival that many more people had come along to sample the fine ales and fantastic bands that we had on offer.
As the previous year we had a few trust members, who were ex-publicans, who offered some advice and a helping hand on the day. We had over the festival a number of volunteers who helped with the serving of the ale, again including Simon Gregory who travelled up from his home in Bromley.
Several bands were playing over the course of the festival. On Friday food was served by the club’s caterer Graham Cook and on Saturday an Indian buffet was provided by Monsoon.
We would like to thank everybody who attended and made this event a success and we look forward to something bigger and better next year.
The Festival has made a healthy profit of £1,500 thank you !!!
A massive thank you to Mark and SLAP magazine for all the band organisation and Chris from Tower Studios for equipment supply, Alan for the PA and all the bands and DJ who played and supported the festival.
